Susquehanna Valley Soccer Club was founded in 1998 with a clear-eyed purpose: give the youth of Selinsgrove and the surrounding valley a serious program, one built on real development, real competition, and real values. From the start, the vision was larger than the resources, which meant building something on effort, credibility, and trust.

The early 2000s saw that effort pay off. Teams multiplied. Players from across the region found their way to SVSC rosters, drawn by a coaching culture that prioritized learning over winning and discipline over shortcuts. The competitive slate grew across local leagues, regional tournaments, and cup matches, and with it, the club’s standing among the programs that define youth soccer in central Pennsylvania.
